Land Registry Fraud Awareness

Property Ownership Fraud - Your property is probably your most valuable asset. As such, it can be an attractive target for fraudsters, which is why you need to do what you can to protect your ownership.

If you aren’t living in the property, it’s important to keep Land Registry updated of your contact address. This helps to reduce the risk of property fraud occurring. Up to three addresses are allowed including email addresses, addresses abroad and the address of someone you trust.
