Here is the latest instalment of 'Tom and Jerry' on Grasmere Road. They really are taking shape - the glass is going in, and the walls are being dry lined as we speak. Here's a few photos from today's beautiful sunny weather; compared to the CGI you can really see them coming together.
Tiles etc are going down soon too - very high specification finish to include Porcelanosa. All windows are double glazed with aluminium powdercoated frames.
