Part 11: New Home Construction on Sandbanks

The stunning new superhomes, Tom & Jerry, are now nearing completion and we've already carried out a number of viewings.

Internal fittings are now going in, and as you can see from the photos below, they are of top quality and top specification. These new homes are finished to the highest standard and will undoubtedly be fantastic primary or indeed secondary beach homes. 

Space has been maximised and they are excellently proportioned inside, as well as very bright indeed, being elevated compared to the surrounding properties ensures the maximum amount of light enters them.

Part 10: New Home Construction on Sandbanks

Finally the scaffolding is down on Tom & Jerry - these are now really coming together. Cladding going up soon. Superb looking properties and now ready for viewing!

The calm after the storm...

We've never seen weather like we've had recently and thought we'd post up a few photos of the cleanup.

Shore Rd was affected by an incredibly unusually high water level (most residents say they've never seen it like this) and a real one off situation. However the peninsula itself has been fine.
