We're delighted to report that, despite Christmas and New Year slowing down proceedings slightly within the market as per usual, we're still selling.
Even on the way up to London for New Year festivities on the 31st, we were still taking calls and arranging a sale. We're delighted to have agreed a sale on the last working day of 2013 - with just a few working hours to go! - and also negotiating another sale on a beautiful penthouse with sea views in a stunning new development.
